    most of these lbs apps are great for finding stuff manually where you're seated at a cafe. this one is at its best when yer driving - really, when somebody else is. not b/c u got buttons to push; its to see all the automatic discoveries.

    Everyone: after your initial session, Earthcomber can get connected faster if you go to Options>Main Menu>Refresh. Or if you can wait a minute or two, it will automatically sync. Improvement on the way, but meanwhile, hope slow start will be way overshadowed by continuous scan and great discoveries.
